We produce user-generated content with creators matched to your product, and report on results against a metric we agree with you in writing before filming starts.
You approve every creator profile before filming begins. Creators work with Demofy.Studio, and brands do not contact them outside the agreed project.
Raw footage delivered to you is yours, with full usage rights, as set out in your agreement.
Each offer carries its own guarantee, listed on the offer and confirmed in your signed agreement. Creator Shortlist: any creator who is not a fit is swapped at no charge. First Batch: you approve every creator before anyone films, and a missed brief is reshot at no cost. Program Ops: the biweekly report is delivered on time, or that month is 20% off. Custom plans: terms are set in your quote.
Prices are shown on the offers and finalized in your signed agreement. Creator Shortlist is paid in full up front and is credited toward a First Batch if you continue. First Batch is paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Program Ops is billed monthly with no long-term commitment, and creator fees are quoted separately.
Results depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement.
These terms and any project with Demofy.Studio are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Demofy.Studio is registered. The governing law and the courts that handle any dispute are confirmed in your signed agreement.
