Before anything gets filmed, we agree in writing on the single thing you are trying to prove, for example which hook lifts click-through rate on your hero ad. Everything we make and report is measured against it.

First Batch: you approve every creator before anyone films, and a missed brief gets a reshoot at no cost. Program Ops: you get a biweekly report on time, every time, or that month is 20% off. Creator Shortlist is $350 one-time, and it is credited toward your First Batch if you continue. First Batch is $600 for 3 videos, paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Program Ops starts at $1,500 per month for up to 10 active creators, one month at a time with no long contract, and creator fees are quoted separately. If your needs are bigger or unusual, we design the plan after a call.
Yes. UGC creators make content your brand posts or runs as ads. Influencers post to their own audience. The operations work is the same: find, sign, brief, chase, report. For influencers we also check audience fit (engagement rate and where the followers are), plan product shipping and posting dates, give each one a code or link so the report shows sales, and make sure every paid or gifted post carries the right disclosure.
