This page explains what Demofy.Studio does with the information you send us through this website. Last updated: October 2026.

What we collect

• Brands (brief form): brand name, website, product category, what you sell, why you need UGC now, your name, title, email and LinkedIn profile.
• Creators (application form): name, email, profile photo link, video reel link, location, languages, content formats, niches, capacity, turnaround, rate, notes, and your permission to feature your work.
• Messages you send to hello@demofystudio.com or when you book a call.

Why we use it

To reply to your brief, match creators to brands, run the projects we agree on, and, for creators, to review applications and contact you about relevant briefs.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our Airtable workspace. We use Calendly for call bookings. These providers process data on our behalf.

Analytics

We measure visits with Plausible, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and does not track you across sites or collect personal data.

Creators’ work

We feature a creator’s work publicly only with their permission, given in the application form. Creators can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law.
